Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Who we are
Techno Promo Hub (the “service”) is run by Dino Egredzija, a private individual in Croatia (“we”). Contact: info@technopromohub.com.
2. What the service does
Labels, artists, distributors and agencies (“senders”) use the service to deliver unreleased music privately to DJs, radio hosts, podcasters and curators (“recipients”), to collect their feedback and to receive campaign reports.
3. Beta and price
The service is in beta and free of charge for invited senders. Features can change while it is in beta. If paid plans are introduced, they will apply to you only after notice and your agreement. Recipients never pay.
4. Senders
- You must own or control all rights needed to send the music and artwork you provide, and to let recipients use it as you describe.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, stream and deliver that material to the recipients selected for your campaign and to produce reports about it, for as long as the campaign runs and its reports are kept.
- You keep all your rights in your music. We claim none.
- You must not send material that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is not music you release.
5. Recipients
- Promos are confidential. You may listen to them, and play them in your DJ sets, radio shows, podcasts and playlists as the releasing label allows. You must not share your personal links or the files, upload them anywhere, sell them or give them to anyone else.
- Every link is personal, so plays and downloads can be traced to the recipient. We may close access for anyone who breaks these terms.
- Your ratings, comments and support information are shared with the label or artist of the release, together with your name or DJ name, and they may quote them when promoting the release.
- You can stop receiving promos at any time with the unsubscribe link in every promo email.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service, and do not use it to send spam or to collect other people’s data.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your material safe, but during the beta it is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. What happens to personal data then is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new date; important changes are also announced by email to the people they affect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Croatia, without affecting mandatory rights you have where you live.
